For discerning pet owners, reliable in-home care represents more than convenience; it safeguards the health and emotional stability of every companion animal.

Our team applies years of professional experience and training to implement routines, administer medications, and monitor behavior, thereby optimizing wellbeing while owners travel or work extended hours. Each service plan is customized after a comprehensive intake that documents dietary requirements, exercise preferences, and emergency protocols. Regularly sent report cards, photos and visit messages demonstrate accountability and transparency. This approach facilitates peace of mind and upholds professional standards across every visit.

Professional Pet Care Services

“We’ve been using Ashland Pet Concierge for cat sitting for seven years. They are absolutely one of the best in the industry! Carolyn and her team are passionate about pet caring and pay great attention to details for each pet, which is super important as each pet has their own personality and needs to be treated uniquely. Ashland Pet Concierge always gives us peace of mind when we are away because we trust them will take care of our cats as of their own. I would recommend Ashland Pet Concierge to every pet owner!”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ashland Pet Concierge. They take such wonderful care of our kitties when we go away. Recently we got in a bind, being impacted by the CrowdStrike outage, and scrambling for a way to return home when our flight was cancelled. The team was so understanding and able to work with us to fill the gap during an incredibly busy summer vacation season. We are truly thankful. Highly recommended!!”
